What we pour

Three systems, one flawless surface.

01

Epoxy garage floors

High-solids epoxy with color quartz broadcast. Resists oil, tire marks, and daily foot traffic with a mirror finish.

02

Metallic floors

Custom metallic pigments that swirl and flow for a one-of-a-kind, gallery-worthy surface in homes and showrooms.

03

Epoxy floors within residentials

Durable, low-maintenance epoxy systems for basements, kitchens, living areas, and more — built for real family life.

How it works

What to expect, start to finish.

Most garages and basements are a one to two day job. Here's exactly how your project runs.

  1. 01

    Free on-site estimate

We walk the space, measure square footage, check moisture and existing coatings, and give you a written price. No pressure, no obligation.

  2. 02

    Diamond grinding & prep

The concrete is mechanically ground to open the pores, cracks and pits are filled, and the slab is vacuumed clean. Prep is what makes a floor last.

  3. 03

    Base coat & broadcast

We roll the high-solids epoxy base and broadcast flake or work the metallic pigment while it's wet, then scrape and vacuum the surface flat.

  4. 04

    Topcoat & handoff

A clear polyaspartic or polyurethane topcoat seals everything in. Light foot traffic the next day, vehicles after full cure — we'll tell you exactly when.

Common questions

Answers before you call.

How long does an epoxy floor take to install?+

Most residential garages and basements are finished in one to two days, depending on square footage and how much crack repair the slab needs.

When can I walk on it and park on it?+

Light foot traffic is usually fine the next day. Vehicle traffic typically waits a few days for a full cure — we give you exact times for your system before we leave.

Do you have to grind the concrete first?+

Yes. We diamond grind every floor. Coatings that are rolled over sealed or dirty concrete are the number one reason epoxy peels, so we never skip mechanical prep.

What does an epoxy floor cost?+

Price depends on square footage, the condition of the slab, and the system you pick — flake, metallic, or a straight solid color. Your free on-site estimate gives you a firm written number.

Is Epoxy X insured, and is there a warranty?+

Yes on both. We're a fully insured company, and our work carries a one-year workmanship warranty.

Will it hold up to hot tires, salt, and oil?+

That's what these systems are built for. A properly prepped epoxy base with a polyaspartic or polyurethane topcoat resists hot tire pickup, road salt, oil, and most household chemicals.

How do I clean and maintain it?+

Sweep or dust mop, then damp mop with a mild cleaner. No wax, no sealing, no special products. Wipe up spills when you see them and the floor stays glossy.
